Goal Setting for Life
OK, so I know you girls might think you are a little young for this stuff. But, I don’t. A great way to monitor how you are doing and where you are going is to set short term and long term goals. Here is a little form for you to print out, and use. It’s simple, but effective. Spend an hour, thinking, and writing, thinking and writing, and getting it on paper. Sit down when you are done and chat with your mom or dad, or your coach if they are available. Let them know what you are thinking and maybe they can give you some ideas on how to get there.
Reality goals in the next 12 months:
Be real, but think big here. You never know what you can do until you try!

I know kids who say they want to be a movie star on this part. No idea is too big, and anything is possible.

Now put this in your sock drawer, or the top drawer of your desk. Mark it: Open: (date) 12 months from now, and do it all again. Repeat, repeat, repeat.
Now go play more Lacrosse!
